Our product portfolio offers powerful and safe solutions for the electric drive of electric forklifts and pallet jacks, electric industrial trucks, mobile lifting platforms and other vehicles. Triathlon Batterien GmbH produces primarily Lead-Acid batteries and Lithium-Ion battery systems in Glauchau / Saxony under state-of-the-art conditions.

Efficient and IT-supported production
The plant in Glauchau / Saxony, which opened in 2014, is the heart of Triathlon Batterien GmbH's battery production. In addition to production, essential know-how in the development of Lead-Acid batteries and Lithium-Ion battery systems is also bundled at the site.
Around 150 employees work in four production areas and an office building on an area of 55,000 m2. Their focus is on production preparation, production, sequence logistics and trough production for Lead-Acid batteries and Lithium-Ion battery systems.
The processes at the Glauchau plant are highly automated by a state-of-the-art ERP infrastructure. IT-supported processes and networked warehouse vehicles operating within a forklift control system ensure an efficient flow of goods - from the order to goods receipt and production to intermediate storage in the high-bay system with over 8,000 storage spaces or to the loading ramp for direct dispatch.
